Propose

The first step in the journey as an e36 client is marked by an initial meeting where a seasoned renovation specialist takes time to understand the client’s vision for the space. This meeting is an opportunity to discuss the space and the client’s dreams for the project. From this consultation, the renovation specialist will develop a scope of work and estimate price range for the renovation depending on the client’s selections. Once this range has been established the specialist will send over a proposal that outlines the cost to enter into the “Planning” phase and solidify the cost of the project.



Plan

Once in the planning phase, the client is introduced to their very own professional interior designer, their guide through the planning phase. The team will work with engineers and architects as needed to build the shell of the new space. Once broad strokes have been defined, it’s on to the finishes. This is where the team selects cabinet styles, countertop materials, the most intriguing of tile backsplashes and other finishes that make the client’s dreams come alive. Once all of the finishes have been selected and all the little details from grout spacing to recessed light placement have been finalized, the client is ready to move confidently into the preparing phase with all the details and a guaranteed renovation cost.

Prepare

The client is then ushered into the preparing phase with an initial walkthrough. This is where the renovation specialist and the interior designer hand the baton over to the production team. The project manager and the project superintendent now engage to lead the customer through the preparing and producing phase by ordering long lead time materials, setting schedules for contractors, reviewing plans and submitting permits to ensure the project’s success.



Produce

The rest of the producing phase is defined by the e36 team giving life to the hopes and dreams of the client all the way to completion and beyond. This phase also includes the creation of temporary spaces for the client to function as needed while the renovation is underway. This commitment to excellence is backed by a one year no questions asked warranty on all work performed by the e36 team.
